He prayed, worshiped and adorned them for a number of hours. They seem to be like “Surya” (Sun). They surprised, wondered to see them. Bhadra fell on the feet of them. He saw Seetha, who sat on right thigh of Rama. She was smiling. He saluted for Sanku, Chakra and the bow and arrows.
Bhadra served them fully hearted. Bhadra also worshiped Lakshmana who sat on left side of Rama. Bhadra worshiped and adorned them by looking at the idol of Rama from bottom to top. His body and throat became wet. Bhadra on the foot of them as a devotee. He bowed his head before them. He began to say the various names of Rama without any trial. Oh Lord! Oh, Sree Ramachandra Murthi Swamy! Oh, you came here to save me Swamy! Seetha Manohara! Lakshmana agraja! Devadideva! Saranu! Please save me.
He prayed to Rama to keep his holy foot on his head. “telugu padyam”.
Rama’s heart moved with the request of Bhadra. By smiling Sri Rama began to say like this.
Oh Tapassanudra! Bhadra I, well pleased very much for your sthrotra. He ordered Bhadra to say any desire of him.
Oh! Rama, are you testing me? Parandhama! By going near to the ripen fruits do we want a kachha fruit? It was a great boon to see you. For my Tapasa, I got good result! Oh! Varada Raja! Vaikunthavasa. If you want to give one boon, it will be enough. Lakshmana, Seetha and you along with Sanku, Chakra and bow, arrows come and settle on my head permanently. This is the request of Bhadra.
Bhadra prayed to Rama only thing i.e. to put his foot on his head for ever and forever. After listening the request of Bhadra, Rama over whelmed with Joy. Rama appreciated the request of Bhadra and said that he would be there on his head up to Akalpantham. In future you would get good Joy of life. Those who visited you, they would get salvation. All their sins would be disappeared. The river Godavari would become the holy one. Bhadra became as a hill named Hill of Bhadra. Kodanda Rama stayed on the hill.
