Bhadrachalam Temple Story 12

One miraculous happened in that night. Both Rama and Laxmana went out from the temple and dressed as two soldiers. They took their bows and arrows. Lakshmana caught hold of the six lakhs of gold coins in his hands. Both beautiful brothers started to go towards Golkonda. Both Garuda and Hanuma notified these movements. Garuda and Hanuma changed like horses for them.

Lord Rama was on Garuda and Lakshmana was on Hanuma went to the fort of Golkonda. Within a short time they arrived to Golkonda. With the presence of Rama and Lakshmana, the Mahal of Thanisha seems to be the thousand powers of light. Both Rama and Lakshmana entered the room of Thanisha.

They patted Thanisha. He saw the lighting of thousands of bulbs before him. By rubbing his eyes, he saw two strong, beautiful soldiers before him. Without any idea Thanisha saluted them. Thanisha asked them who they were. They answered angrily that they were the servants of Ramadasu. They bought the six lakhs of gold coins of govt. tax which were spent by Ramadasu.

Take this money. Give us receipt and let Ramadasu be freed. Their names were Ramoji and Lakshmoji. They kept the amount in the hands of Thanisha. There was no voice from Thanish. Rama spread his Duppatta asking Thanisha to put a stamp on it. Thanisha stamped on the Duppatta. Both of them returned with smiling. Again Thanisha saw the lighting. Unable to see the bright lighting Thanisha closed his eyes and looked here and there in the Mahal. He could not find them. He thought it was a dream. But there is a bunch of six lakhs of gold coins in the hands. He examined them. But they were not coins. They were the Madas (telugu) of Rama. He came to the conclusion that they were Rama and Lakshmana. He ran towards the jail.

All the courtiers and families woke up for the cries of Thanisha. They also followed Thanisha towards the Jail. There in the Jail Ramadasu was praying to Rama. He concentrated his mind and heart on him. Thanisha approached Ramadasu saying “oh! Great devotee Ramadasu!” Ramadasu opened his eyes by listening the voice of Thanisha. The people began to say Jaya ho! Ramadasa! Jaya ho!

Ramadasu could not understand the situation. Thanisha told him the complete story of arrival of Rama and Lakshmana. Ramadasu caught hold of Thanisha hands and said, that he was fortunate. He was Lucky because he saw the Lord Rama and Lakshmana.
