Oh, the great Lord Agni, my respectful salutations to you! You are the Lord of fire, who is capable of burning anything into ashes, who passes the benefits of the oblations received from the fire sacrifices to various gods, you are the best among all the demi gods, and you are the creator of brightness in this world, your duty is endless, and without any boredom you are discharging your duties wonderfully. Please give your brightness even to the dull people in the world.
I bow to the great Fire god who opens his eyes brightly, and you are the pious son of Lord Brahma. Please accept our daily prayers, and fulfil our needs and desires. I bow to the Fire god, who is considered as the grandfather of the entire world, and he is the one who removes the sins and problems from us. Please always be present on our soul.
I bow to the Fire god, who is the consort of Ma Swaha, and the father of Agneya and Suchi, who contains abundant powers. Please bless all of your devotees.
