The annual Pavitrotsavams in Sri Vedavalli Sametha Sri Vedanarayana Swamy temple at Nagalapuram will be observed on November 22 and 23.
On the first day evening, Ankurarpanam will be performed while on November 23, snapana tirumanjanam, pavitra samarpana and in the evening Mahapurnahuti will be observed.
On Thursday evening, JEO Sri Basanth Kumar released the posters for the same in his chambers in Tirupati. DyEO Smt Shanti, DEO Sri Ramanaprasad and others were also present.

Nagalapuram Sri Veda Narayanaswami temple is a temple dedicated to the fish incarnation or Matsya avatar of Lord Vishnu. Nagalapuram temple is located approximately at a distance of 70 km to Tirupati in Chittoor district in Andhra Pradesh.
The legend says Lord Matsya killed the demon Somaka or Somakudu here to retrieve the Vedas from him. Lord Vishnu is consecrated in Veda Narayana swamy temple with his divine consorts Sridevi and Bhudevi.

తిరుప‌తి, 2019 న‌వంబ‌రు 08: టిటిడికి అనుబంధంగా ఉన్న నాగలాపురంలోని శ్రీ వేదవల్లీ సమేత శ్రీ వేదనారాయణస్వామివారి ఆలయ పవిత్రోత్సవాల గోడ‌ప‌త్రిక‌ల‌ను జెఈవో శ్రీ పి.బసంత్‌కుమార్ శుక్ర‌వారం తిరుప‌తిలోని శ్రీ ప‌ద్మావ‌తి విశ్రాంతి గృహంలో ఆవిష్క‌రించారు.
ఏడాది పొడవునా ఆలయంలో జరిగే అర్చనలు, ఉత్సవాల్లో తెలిసి తెలియక దోషాలు జరుగుతుంటాయి. వీటివల్ల ఆలయ పవిత్రతకు ఎలాంటి లోపం రానీయకుండా ఆగమశాస్త్రం ప్రకారం పవిత్రోత్సవాలు నిర్వహిస్తారు.
న‌వంబ‌రు 22న సాయంత్రం సేనాధిప‌తి ఉత్సవం, అంకురార్ప‌ణ జ‌రుగ‌నుంది. న‌వంబ‌రు 23న ఉదయం స్వామి, అమ్మవార్ల ఉత్సవర్లకు స్నపన తిరుమంజనం, పవిత్ర సమర్పణ, సాయంత్రం వీధి ఉత్సవం, రాత్రి పూర్ణాహుతి నిర్వహిస్తారు.
