Moti Dungri is a temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha, and it is situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Though the temple was built during 18th century AD, but the idol of Lord Ganesha is said to have been more than five-hundred years old, and it is one of the popular tourist attraction centres in Rajasthan.
The structure of Moti Dungri Temple is built in a beautiful style and it was built using marble stones. The temple is few km far away from Jaipur. Here devotees used to offer Laddus as Holy Prasad item to Lord Ganesha, and hence this temple Ganesha is fondly called as “SRI LADDU GANAPATI”. Even if we worship an ordinary stone or a tree by considering it as Lord Vinayaka, our prayers would be immediately answered. Vinayaka Bhakti would lead us to the gateway of heaven, since Lord Vinayaka is only considered as the “FIRST GOD” in Hinduism. Lord Vinayaka is worshipped by most of the Hindus, by considering him as the supreme manifestation of his mother Ma SHAKTI DEVI.
SONGS IN PRAISE OF LORD MOTI DUNGRI GANAPATI
Oh Moti Ganpatji, where shall we devotees of yours go, if we are in trouble, please listen to our problems and do the needful, then you can go wherever you want.
I am not able to understand about you, since even your divine vehicle Mooshika is not fully aware of you, and about your supremacy.
Listen, O Lord Ganpatji, my heart troubles me sometimes to do bad things, please give me some solution to my problem, or else I would be landed up with lot of problems, O Lord Ganesha please give me a pure heart with some knowledge, courage and wisdom.
Listen, O Lord Ganpatji, I want to always hear about the praises on you, I want to always listen to your songs, I want to always worship you, and I don’t want anything else to hear.
I don’t understand whether I’m a good or bad person, but I would surely tell that I am your staunch devotee.
There is nobody to hear my problems, there is no one to comfort me, there is no one to look after me, and that’s why, I always seek protection only under your lotus feet.
My soul isn’t mine, it’s belongs to you only if you are with me, then why shall I afraid! Sometimes, I used to fondly call you as Vigna, and as Ganesu Kutty, and sometimes I used to call you as Fat bellied Lord Ganesha, and I used to call you like this, only in order to show my true love, affection, devotion and dedication on you.
