Garuda Panchami Seva at Tirumala Tirupati Temple — In the wake of the auspicious ceremony of Garuda Panchami on 2 August 2022 Garuda Seva is performed by TTD.
The procession of Lord Malayappa Swamy on His favourite vehicle Garuda Vahanam usually takes place on the fifth day of annual brahmotsavams and during every month full moon day. Apart from this the procession was conducted on Garuda Panchami day.
As a part of this the Lord is taken on celestial ride along the four mada streets in Tirumala from 7pm to 9pm in the evening on Garuda Panchami.
The officials of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam and a large number of devotees will take part in the procession.
