Dammakka called for all and began to make clear around the putta by pouring water bringing from Godavari with difficult. The people brought the pots of water and Damakka began to worship Rama. Without expecting she worshiped Rama with a hundred pots of water. The Abhisheka was happened to not only Sri Rama but to the Bhadradi hill.

Damakka succeeded. By pouring the water, putta washed away Sri Rama came out side like an infant with beautiful and miraculous look. All the people gathered at one point and began to praise Rama by closing their hands. The gathering went to their houses by saying the incidents of Damakka and Rama Avathar. Damakka did not discend from the hill. She was unable to leave Rama alone. She wanted to sit up there on the hill along with Rama. She began to spend her life in the presence of Rama without the difference of day and night.

She arranged a pendal by pickup Tad leaves here and there. Pouring the Godavari water on the idol of Rama, worshiping with the flowers of Pogada and Todi fruit to Rama as a Nivedana – this is the daily activity of Damakka. We don’t know, who became like a Tadi tree. But it gives leaves daily for the pendal of Rama and gives a fruit daily. Damakka takes the same fruit which gives to Rama. She prays to the Tadi Tree daily for a fruit. She thinks that Rama was a great Lord for this earth. Damakka’s worship was going on like this.

Abdul Hasam Sha was the king in those days. Golkonda was the capital. He was another was “Thanisha”. The area of Bhadrachalam was in his judisction. The area was called as “Hasanabad Paragana”. Kancharala Gopanna was the nephew of Akkanna and Madanna. They were commander – in – chief in Thanisha government. On the recommendation of Akkanna and Madanna, Gopanna was appointed as Tahsildar for Hasanabad Paragana. Within short period, Gopanna became a faithful servant to Thanisha. Gopanna was a good educationist and a good administrator.

One day Gopanna, along with his family, came to the area of Badrireddipalli, which was in the area of Hasanabad Paragana, to collect Revenue taxes. It seems to be a de populated village. Gopanna asked an old man for the reason. The old man told him that Rama’s idol was on the hill very nearby. By listening the name of Rama, one kind of desire started in the heart of Gopanna to see and serve him. He started to go towards the path of hill. Gopanna saw the god Rama, Seetha and Laxmana after climbing the hill and went through the middle of the gathering. There Damakka was worshipping Rama.

Gopanna, himself forgotten his position by looking the beautiful Rama, Seetha and Laxman. He began to sing “(telugu poem)” a book of hundred poems on the power of Rama. All the people began to dance. The courtiers told Damakka, that Gopanna was the Tahsildar of that area.

She met with Gopanna and told him about her drum. It was not good for our kingdom and king, if Rama and other were in the sunshine on the hill. However, she required him to build a good temple to Sri Ramachandra. He surprised to listen her words.He described Damakka as “Telugu”.
