Varshikotsavam of Chitkul Chamundeshwari Temple is yearly celebration, held in Pushya Masam of Telugu calendar. It is celebrated for 3 days, from Pushya Bahula Panchami to Pushya Bahula Saptami.

In 2018, Chitkul Chamundeshwari Temple Varshikotsavam is celebrated from January 6 to January 8. In 2017, it was celebrated from January 17 to January 19.

Chitkul Chamundeshwari Devi Temple is located at Chitkul village near Jogipet in Medak district, Telangana. This temple is referred to as one of the most powerful temples which belong to post Independence age in the area.

Chitkul Chamundeshwari Devi Temple is located on the East bank of Manjeera River, a tributary of Godavari River. This temple was established by Sri Ayilavajjhala Venkataramanayya, the founder of Shree Chaamundeshwari Seva Samithi Shaaktamandal.
