TTD Vaibhavotsavams in all Indian cities in four years – Enthused by the tremendous response to the week-long Venkateswara Vaibhavotsavams in the city which is set to conclude on Tuesday, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has decided to take the programme national, said Tirupati joint executive officer Sri Pola Bhaskar on Monday.
Addressing media persons here, the TTD JEO said plans were afoot to roll out the Venkateswara Vaibhotsavams nationally over the next four years, before which it would be conducted in all the districts of the state.
“The turnout for the Pushpayagam and Srinivasa Kalyanam (wedding of the lord) was unimaginable. We have chalked out plans to organise Venkateswara Vaibhavotsavams across the states of AP and Telengana and later across the country. But to finish this programme in the AP districts itself may take nearly three years,” said the TTD JEO, thanking renowned scholar Brahmasri Chaganti Koteswara Rao for elaborating on each and every seva performed during the past one week.
