TTD starts Anna Prasadam Seva at Rajahmundry Pushkaralu — The temple management of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has commenced Annaprasadam distribution programme in the TTD Kalyana Mandapam here on Monday.

The TTD Trust Board Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy who took part in this programme said, over the instructions of Honourable CM of AP Sri N Chandra Babu Naidu, TTD has commenced this noble activity here which will last till completion of Godavari Maha Pushkarams for the sake of multitude of visiting pilgrims. He said there will not be any compromise in quality and quantity of Annaprasadam that is being served here to the devotees, he added.

Earlier, Annaprasadam DyEO Sri S Venugopal commence the distribution of Annaprasadam in Rajamundry TTD Kalyana Mandapam after formally performing puja to Goddess Padmavathi and Lord Venkateswara. He said, Sambar rice and curd rice will be served to pilgrims till the completion of Pushkaram on July 25. He thanked TTD Trust Board Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy, TTD EO Dr D Samba Siva Rao, Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju and government authorities for making elaborate arrangements within short time.

Health Officer Dr Shermistha, EEs Sri Jaganmohan Reddy, Sri Nageswara Rao, Sri Srinivasa Rao, Annaprasadam AEO Smt Shanti were also present.

The temple management of Tirumala TIrupati Devasthanams (TTD) under the instructions of Honourable AP Chief Minister Sri N Chandra Babu Naidu is all set to serve Annaprasadam to one Lakh devotees who throng the pilgrim city of Rajamundry during Maha Pushkarams from Monday onwards in Rajamundry TTD Kalyana Mandapam premises till the end of event.

The Annaprasadam wing headed by Deputy EO Sri S Venugopal has made marathon arrangements for the big activity while the Engineering wing has made required arrangements for the same following the instructions of TTD Executive Officer Dr D Samba Siva Rao under the supervision of Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju.

The pilgrim devotees will be served with sambar rice and curd rice from morning 10am onwards till the completion of the religious event on July 25 by TTD.
