Thiruppavai is the divine text recited during Dhanurmasam to please Lord Vishnu. Andal, also known Godadevi, was compiled the Pashurams (verses). Tiruppavai pashuram pravachanam is performed everyday during Dhanurmasam at Andal Nilayam, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad.
The program starts 6.30 pm onwards everyday in the whole month. The recital of Tiruppavai is done by Raghavan Swamy.
