Guru Raghavendra Swamy is a famous Madhwa Saint, and still he is in Jeeva Samadhi (a state of deep meditation) in Mantralayam Shrine and showers his divine blessings like the rainfall to his devotees. Guru Raghavendra has attained sainthood, only after he was advised by Ma Saraswati to take up the Sanyasa Ashrama.
