God cannot be measured in terms of value, he contains great worth and he is priceless. All of the wealth which we enjoy today actually belongs to him only. Sometimes due to worries, even some of his devotees used to tell, “God doesn’t worth even for a penny”, but, within a few minutes, they used to seek apology to him with tearful eyes, and this happens in most of the lives of the devotees. Human life contains great difficulties. And that too, if we suffer from any diseases, then our entire life would become waste. Blaming the god would be of no use, and at the same time, we have to concentrate more and more attention on him even if we have been laid down on the sick bed.
Health issues are going to affect only our body, and it would never affect our soul. Even when we suffer from high temperature of fever, we should not consider about our body, but we should dedicate even that fever to the great almighty, if we consider ourselves as the sincere devotees of the almighty! Then automatically we would get rid from our fever, and we would feel young and energetic. The great Prahalada was able to escape from the dangers, since he has dedicated even his sufferings under the lotus feet of Lord Vishnu, and this was made possible for him, since he worshipped Lord Vishnu even at the time of staying on his mother’s womb!
Some wealthy people used to think that all of their belongings are earned by them only, and even if it was earned by them, they should realise that it was made possible for them, only due to the grace of the god. We can examine the value of anything in the world, whether it is movable or immovable, but, it is highly impossible to estimate the value of the god!
If we estimate the value of the idol of Lord Venkateswara, who is present in the holy Tirumala Temple, we cannot do it! Since, Lord Venkateswara is a priceless god, and we cannot determine his value at any point of time. But still some people are commenting about the rich costumes worn by him, and about his costly ornaments! For those people, I want to say one thing, if even some wealthy people willfully wore diamond necklaces and costly garments, then why can’t we beautify our priceless god, the great Venkateswara, who is the king of the entire Universe, god of seven hills, and the beautiful consort of Ma Padmavati Amma.
