Medaram Jathara Special Buses 2024 will be run by TSRTC from Hyderabad, Warangal, Khammam, Nizamabad, Adilabad, and many other cities of Telangana. In 2024, Medaram Sammakka Sarakka Jathara begins on 21 February and ends on 24 February.
The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) is set to run 6000 special buses for Medaram jatara. The buses will be run from February 18 to 25.
In 2024, the TSRTC is expecting 30 lakh devotees will attend the Jathara and most of them travel by TSRTC buses. While most the devotees attend to the jatara from erstwhile Warangal district, the TSRTC will be operating 2500 buses from Warangal RTC region. Besides, two AC buses will be run from Hyderabad. Meanwhile, the TSRTC is constructing a bus stand in 50 acres for the halt the buses.
The Transport Minister reviewed the jatara works and directed the officials to ensure hassle-free darshan of the tribal goddess to the devotees. She also told the TSRTC officials to operate adequate number of buses to Medaram from various destinations.
