There is no need to search for doctors anywhere in the world, since we can find innumerable doctors in the form of holy deities in the temples itself!
Lord Shiva is also called as “MARUNDEESWARAR”, the Divine Physician, and his shrine is located in the ancient Marundeeswarar Temple situated at Thiruvanmiyur. Lord Vishnu is also called as “VAITHYA VEERARAGHAVAR”, and his shrine is situated in Sri Veeraragavar Perumal Temple at Thiruvallur.
In the famous Sri Brahmapureeswarar Temple, Tirupattur, there is a famous shrine dedicated for the creator god and our Divine Parent, Lord Brahma, and in this temple, he is also called as “NOITHEERKUM BRAHMA”, the four headed Lord Brahma, would remove the diseases of his devotees instantly.
