Arrangements of Falguna Pournami Teppotsavam at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam..

Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju on Tuesday inspected the arrangements for the annual Teppotsvams which is scheduled to take place from March 1 to March 5 for five days in Tirumala.

The engineering wing of TTD has made elaborate arrangements for the float festival including cleansing of swamy pushkarini, arranging showers and filters to purify temple tank waters etc.

Later talking to media persons, the JEO said, on the First Day, Lord in the guise of Lord Sri Rama accompanied by Goddess Sita, Laxmana and Anjaneya will take pleasure ride on float while Lord Sri Krishna and Goddess Rukmini on the second day. On the last three days, Lord Malayappa Swamy flanked by his two consorts will take celestial ride on the temple tank waters. It will be a feast to the devotees who converge to witness the grandeur of Lord on the finely and richly decorated float. Especially as the last day happens to be the full moon day, the glimpse of lord under the shine of bright moon will be a rare delight for the eyes of the pilgrims.

Earlier he has also inspected Laddu Counters and queue lines.

SE II Sri Ramesh Reddy, Additional CVSO Sri Siva Kumar Reddy, AEO Potu Sri Keshava Raju, Temple Peishkar Sri Selvam, EE Water Works Sri Narasimha Murthy were also present.
