TTD has offered silk vastrams to Sri Bhaktavatsala Perumal in Tiruninravur in Tiruvallur district of Tamilnadu on behalf of Lord Venkateswara of Tirumala Tirupati on Saturday, 7 April 2018.
Earlier the TTD EO reached Pedda Jiyar mutt here and later proceeded to this ancient shrine carrying silk vastrams over his head.
Speaking on this occasion he said, since 2010, TTD has been offering silk vastrams to the temple as Tirumala Pedda Jiyangar is the chief pontiff of this famous shrine also.
Later he had darshan of Sri Bhakta Vatsala Perumal, one of the most important Sri Vaishnava temples among Divya Desams in the country.
Bokkasam Incharge Sri Guru Raja Swamy also accompanied TTD EO.
