Series of festivals have been lined up in the month of September in Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple at Tirupati.
September 2025 coincides with Bhadrapada Masam – Ashwayuja Masam in Telugu Panchangam & Kannada, Marathi and Gujarati Calendars, Bhadrapad – Ashwin Months in North Indian Hindi calendars, Avani Masam – Purattasi Masam in Tamil Calendar, Chinga Masam – Kanni Masam in Malayalam Calendar, Bhadra Month – Ashin Month in Bengali calendar.
Several special religious events will be observed in the sacred Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple in Tirupati, during the month of September. The details are as follows:
On September 2, 2025 – Ankurarpanam for the annual Pavitrotsavams.
From September 3 to 5, 2025 – Pavitrotsavams
On September 7, 2025 – In view of the Lunar Eclipse, the temple will remain close from 3:30 PM onwards.
On September 12, 19, and 29, 2025 (Fridays) – In the evening at 6PM, Sri Andal Ammavaru will be taken in a grand procession along the four mada streets.
On September 14, 2025 (Rohini Nakshatram) – At 6 PM, Sri Parthasarathi Swamy along with His consorts Rukmini and Satyabhama will bless devotees through a procession in the mada streets.
On September 22, 2025 (Uttara Nakshatram) – At 6PM, Sri Govindarajaswamy along with His two Consorts will give darshan to the devotees.

– సెప్టెంబరు 2న శ్రీ గోవింద రాజస్వామివారి అలయంలో పత్రోత్సవాలకు అంకురార్పణ
– సెప్టెంబరు 3 నుండి 5వ తేదీ వరకు పత్రోత్సవాలు
– సెప్టెంబరు 7న చంద్రగ్రహణం సందర్భంగా మధ్యాహ్నం 3.30 గంటలకు ఆలయం మూత.
• సెప్టెంబరు 12, 19, 29వ తేదీల్లో శుక్రవారాల్లో సాయంత్రం 6 గంటలకు శ్రీ ఆండాళ్ అమ్మవారిని ఆలయ నాలుగు మాడ వీధుల్లో ఊరేగింపు నిర్వహిస్తారు.
– సెప్టెంబరు 14న రోహిణి నక్షత్రం సందర్భంగా సాయంత్రం 6 గంటలకు రుక్మిణి, సత్యభామ సమేత శ్రీపార్థసారధిస్వామివారు మాడ వీధుల్లో ఊరేగి భక్తులను కటాక్షిస్తారు.
– సెప్టెంబరు 22న ఉత్తర నక్షత్రం సందర్భంగా సాయంత్రం 6 గంటలకు ఉభయనాంచారులతో కలిసి శ్రీ గోవిందరాజస్వామివారు భక్తులకు దర్వనం ఇవ్వనున్నారు.
