I offer my humble salutation to Ma Durga Devi, who gives good knowledge, valour, wisdom and courage to her devotees, whose face contains brightness equivalent to millions and millions of suns, and she wears attractive bangles and ornaments which adds more beauty to her. Her divine beauty cannot be compared with anyone, and she is called as Kamakshi, Kamalakshi and Kamakya, the one who removes the lust from the minds of her devotees, and engages them with full of noble activities.
I offer my humble salutations to Devi Durga, who dances like an expert dancer along with her consort Lord Shiva, and your fantastic dance performance is watched by your Boothaganas, by the Devas, Gandharvas, Apsaras, Rishis, and by all other celestial persons. You act as the sun who gives brightness to the whole world, you act as the moon who gives chillness to the entire world, you occupy in the soul of all of your devotees, and in their each and every cell, muscles, nerves and blood, you are dwelling.

Among the Devas, you are the powerful Indra, among the Demons, you are the great Prahalada, among the trees, you are the holy Arasa Tree, among the birds, you are the Garuda, among the animals, you are the lion, among the Gandharvas, you are the worshipful Tumburu Bhagavan, among the sages, you are the Deva Rishi Narada, among the rivers, you are the pure, pious and precious Ganga River, among the kings, you are the great king Vikramaditya, among the insects, you are the spider, which spins nets to catch small insects, likewise, with your wonderful grace, you are attracting your devotees, and lays the spiritual trap on them.
I pray before You, My Dear Lord Siva, who is also called as Parameswara, Paramasiva, Rudra,Sankara, Eswara and Sambhu, Who is the Lord of the Lords, Who dwells in the souls of his devotees, Who is the superior among all other gods, Who is the giver of happiness, Who shines like that of millions and millions of Suns, Who gives coolness like the Full moon, Who is the Holy consort of Ma Shakti Devi, Who is the Lord of Celestial Devas, animals, birds, insects, humans and he is the Lord of everyone.
I pray You, My Lord Shiva, Sankara and Sambhu, who holds beautiful snakes garland around the neck, and who contains various weapons on his hands, who is omnipotent, who holds Lord Chandra on his head, who is always praised by the celestial Devas like Indra, Varuna, Vayu and Agni, and he is the Lord of everyone.
I pray You, My Lovely Lord Shiva, Who has no beginning or end, who applies ashes all over his body, who joyfully dances in the burial ground along with his ghost attendants, who is very simple, humble and polite, and he is the Lord of everyone.
