The duties and responsibilities of a spiritual writer is quite challenging and responsible. Ancient spiritual writers used to dedicate their lives for the sake of writing spiritual matters, and they would face even the tough challenges with a ease through their spiritual powers. Swami Vivekananda had written spiritual works as well as books on Yoga and Meditation, and his main aim was to change the youngsters into highly productive and useful to the world.
Spiritual writers must come forward to promote our holy Sanatana Dharma, and they must have the courage in their mind to face any kind of challenges, and to put their valuable thoughts in writing. A spiritual writer should never unnecessarily praise or degrade others, andhe should never write about anything in a fault finding manner. Just he should pin pointedly tell his views in a short form, and he should never write spiritual articles based on false or derogatory matters, and also he should never combine spirituality with politics, since it would lead to lot of problems in his life.
Spiritual matters can be written based on the life history of saints, avatars and devotees, and at this present period, lot of details about our holy temples must be written by the spiritual writers, since by doing that, they could throw a light about the holiness of our temples to the readers. Spiritual writers must come forward to visit at least some of the popular temples present in India, and if possible, they can visit the temples situated in foreign countries also, in order to gather sufficient details about those temples, so that, those who are unable to visit the temples, could at least get satisfied by the way of reading it from Spiritual books/ Spiritual Websites.
Retired people must develop the habit of writing spiritual articles in the websites, since by doing that, they could utilise their precious time in a more productive manner, and they would also get a great sense of satisfaction by the way of writing wonderful spiritual articles about our holy Hinduism. Similar to doing Puja, meditation and performing bhajans, spiritual writing is also a kind of divine service, since, in this profession, they could spread their thoughts on the Divinity to as many readers as possible. In fact, it is a very good deed to promote the essentials of our Holy Sanatana Dharma amongst the people by the way of writing spiritual articles in the websites.
Spiritual writing service must be done without any expectation and it should be considered as a valuable Divine service to the almighty, and those who involves themselves in this good activity, need not worry about their life, since god would always stays closer to them. But some of the people are not knowing about the value of this good job, and they are of the opinion, that this is a wasteful work.
Spiritual writing work is a selfless job, where we could get great peace of mind, and we could also some times escape from our ill fate. Just by doing the regular activity of simply eating, working and sleeping is of no use, since by doing this routine job, we could not gain anything bigger in our life. We should also have some spiritual fire on our body, or otherwise, there is no use in worrying about our condition, during our final days of life.
I have been doing this spiritual writing service for the past few years, since I am finding utmost satisfaction in doing that, and I am planning to do it till my last breath.
