The Indian railways will run a special train between Pune and Bilaspur once a week till July 1, 2013 to clear extra rush of passengers. This train is in addition to the Bilaspur-Pune super express (12849) that starts from Bilaspur every Thursday and returns from Pune on Fridays.
The Pune-Bilaspur train (08296) Pune-Bilaspur train will leave Pune station at 2 pm every Monday and will reach Bilaspur at 1.40 pm every Tuesday. This train will run from April 8 to July 1, 2013.
On the return journey, the train (08295) will leave Bilaspur at 2pm every Sunday and will reach Pune station at 11.05am on Monday. The train will run from April 7 to June 30. On return journey, Bilaspur-Pune (08295) train will leave Bilaspur at 2 pm on every Sunday starting from April 7 up to June 30, will reach Pune station at 11.05 am next day i.e. every Monday.
It will have one AC-2 tier coach, an AC-3 tier coach, 10 sleeper class and 4 general 2nd class coaches and 2 general 2nd-class-cum-guard’s-brake-vans. It will have one each coach of AC-2 tier, AC-3 tier, 10 sleeper class, 4 general second class and 2 general second class cum guard’s brake vans.
The train will halt at Daund, Ahmednagar, Belapur, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusawal, Malkapur, Akola, Badnera, Wardha, Nagpur, Gondia, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raipur and Bhatapara.
