Polur Thai Moogambika Temple Navaratri Utsavam… Mookambika is an aspect of Adi Parashakti, who is the supreme goddess of Hinduism. She is regarded to be the form of shakti, the divine feminine energy, that represents creativity and ingenuity. She is widely worshipped in the states of Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. SRI POLUR THAI MOOKAMBIKA TEMPLE is being constructed at Papambadi Village in Polur bye pass in Tiruvannamalai District of Tamil Nadu. Temple is built with the both North Indian and Dravidian culture as you can see that the Sannidhanam of the Moolavar with Vinayagar and Murugan on the top floor and Navagraha and Naga Sannidhanam at the entrance of the Temple down there is also a Dhyana Mandapam at the ground floor, the temple has been built with all the Agama Vidhis we request all the devotees to visit the temple and attain the blessings of the God. Sri Arulmigu Thai Mookambika Amman Temple is constructed by our founder Trustee Sri R.Mahaveerchand Jain and his two sons M.Rajesh Kumar and M. Vinodkumar. Many miracles have happened in this temple.
NAVARATRI FESTIVAL EVENT
During Navaratri festival days, Ma Mookambika would be dressed in different forms like Devi Durga, Parashakthi and Angala Parameswari Amman. We can also witness the holy bath event which would be conducted by various devotees. During Vijayadasami Day, we could find hundreds of devotees who used to throng inside the temple eagerly in order to have the delightful darshan of the holy mother Ma Mookambika who would be dressed in marvellous garments with glittering ornaments. Holy Prasad would also be offered after the performance of puja.
