The grand procession of Lakshmi Kasula haram, the priceless ornament which adorns the Tirumala deity was brought to Tiruchanoor on Saturday, 8 December 2018, and will be decorated to Goddess during Gaja Vahana Seva in the evening.
Tirupati JEO Sri Pola Bhaskar received the jewel at a distance in Tiruchanoor from Tirumala temple DyEO Sri Harindranath and handed it over to the EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal outside Tiruchanoor temple who in turn handed it over to the Sri Padmavati Ammaari temple officials at the Pasupu madapam. The ornament was placed before presiding deity and was offered special pujas.
Speaking on the ocassion the EO Sri Singhal said that the priceless jewelry of Srivari temple will be adorned to the Goddess Padmavati during the unique Gaja vahanam and Garuda Vahana sevas during the ongoing karthika Barhmotsavams.
Among others CVSO Sri Gopinath Jetty, Temple Dy EO Smt Jhansi Rani ,VGO Sri Ashok Kumar Goud were also present.

తిరుచానూరులో వైభవంగా లక్ష్మీ కాసులహారం శోభాయాత్ర
డిసెంబరు 08, తిరుపతి, 2018: తిరుమల శ్రీవారికి ప్రతి పౌర్ణమి గరుడసేవ రోజున అలంకరించే లక్ష్మీ కాసులహారం శోభాయాత్ర శ‌నివారం తిరుచానూరులో వైభవంగా జ‌రిగింది. ముందుగా తిరుమల శ్రీవారి ఆల‌యం నుండి శ్రీవారి ఆలయ డెప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ హ‌రీంద్ర‌నాథ్‌, పేష్కార్ శ్రీ ర‌మేష్‌, బొక్కసం బాధ్యులు శ్రీ గురురాజారావు క‌లిసి లక్ష్మీ కాసులహారాన్ని తిరుచానూరులోని శిల్పరామం వద్దకు తీసుకొచ్చారు. అక్క‌డ తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీ పోల భాస్కర్‌కు అందజేశారు. అక్క‌డినుండి కాలిన‌డ‌క‌న కొంత‌దూరం తీసుకెళ్లిన అనంతరం టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్ సింఘాల్‌కు అందించారు. అనంతరం తిరుచానూరులోని పసుపుమండం వద్ద టిటిడి ఈవో ఆ కాసులహారాన్ని తిరుచానూరు ఆలయ అర్చ‌కుల‌కు అందజేశారు. అక్క‌డ ప్రత్యేక పూజలు నిర్వహించిన అనంతరం మంగళవాయిద్యాలు, భజనలు, కోలాటాల నడుమ శోభాయాత్రగా మాడ వీధుల గుండా ఆలయానికి తీసుకెళ్లి అమ్మవారికి సమర్పించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్ సింఘాల్‌ మాట్లాడుతూ శ్రీవారి ఆభ‌ర‌ణాల‌లో అత్యంత ప్ర‌ధాన‌మైన ఈ లక్ష్మీ కాసులహారాన్ని గజవాహనం, గరుడవాహన సేవల సందర్భంగా శ్రీ పద్మావతి అమ్మవారికి అలంకరించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. స్థానికాలయాల్లో బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల సందర్భంగా గరుడ, గజ వాహనాల్లో అలంకరించేందుకు తిరుమల నుండి లక్ష్మీ కాసులహారాన్ని తీసుకురావడం ఆనవాయితీగా వస్తోంద‌న్నారు. శ‌నివారం రాత్రి జ‌రుగ‌నున్న గజ వాహ‌నానికి విస్తృతంగా ఏర్పాట్లు చేసిన‌ట్ట తెలిపారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో టిటిడి సివిఎస్వో శ్రీ గోపినాథ్‌జెట్టి, ఆలయ డెప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ‌మ‌తి ఝాన్సీరాణి, విజివో శ్రీ అశోక్‌కుమార్‌ గౌడ్‌, ఏఈవో శ్రీ సుబ్ర‌మ‌ణ్యం, ఎవిఎస్వోలు శ్రీ నందీశ్వ‌ర్‌, శ్రీ కూర్మారావు, శ్రీ సురేంద్ర, శ్రీ రాజేష్ ఇతర అధికారులు, విశేష సంఖ్యలో భక్తులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

SHOBHA YATRA FROM PASUPU MANDAPAM:
Earlier in Tirumala, a procession of the jewel was held around the four mada streets and later it was brought down to Tirupati in a vehicle amidst tight security. Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju received the jewel at Urban Haat in Tirupati and carried it in a procession upto Pasupu Mandapam and handed over it to his Tirupati counterpart Sri Pola Bhaskar. From that point Shobha Yatra has been performed and the temple staff received the jewel at the entrance of Padmavathi temple in Tiruchanoor.
WILL BE DECORATED TO GODDESS OF RICHES:
Meanwhile Tirumala JEO said, this lakshmi kasula haram which is usually adorned to Lord Malayappa Swamy in Tirumala during Pournami Garuda Seva day, will be decorated to His beloved consort on the most important occasion of Gaja Vahana Seva during the ongoing Navahnika Karthika Brahmotsavams at Tiruchanoor.
TIGHT SECURITY:
On the other hand Tirupati JEO said, tight security arrangements have been made for Gaja Vahanam on fifth day evening. “The vigilance in co-ordination with police will take all measures to see that no untoward incident take place during the mega religious event”, Mr Bhaskar added.
