My Wonderful Experience with Sri Satya Saibaba of Puttaparthi by R Harishankar..
Puttaparthi is a town in Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh. The original name of Puttaparthi was Gollapalli. The town is located on the banks of Chitravathi River. The official language in Puttaparthi is Telugu. Other common Indian languages and English are also spoken here.
Puttaparthi Sri Sathya Sai Baba is believed to be a reincarnation of Shirdi Sai Baba by many of his followers, and he is one of the best saints in the world.
Most of the devotees of Shirdi Sai Baba are also gets attracted with Sri Sathya Sai Baba. They are seeing him as their Friend, Philosopher, guide and god. They are trusting him that whenever they start any new ventures, they will be blessed by him and their business will flourish well. And, also for all of their problems, they are trusting him that their problems will be solved immediately by his grace.
I (R. HARISHANKAR) want to share some of my personal experiences with Sri Satya Saibaba which I had it several years before.
When we reached Puttaparthi, it was a Guru Vara Day (Thursday). I was waiting in the hall, which is meant for the visitors to stay. At that time, it seems that our Baba was in a happy mood, since he underwent some puja and also chanted some divine Mantras. After the puja was over, Swami walked in the hall, and through his meditative powers, he was able to generate and give me a Marvellous Shiva Lingam from his empty hands. He blessed me, and looked at me deeply. At that time, I don’t have any words to express my happiness. Then Swami said, “I know, I know, you are the person who is meant to do some good service in the future, and of course, it is the divine service (Spiritual Writing Work), which he has meant”! He said like that & then he touched me with his divine hands, and likewise he did it for three times, & I could feel that some divinity enters into my soul. Oh, what a great thing was happened to me in my life!
In the year 2000, I was suffering from severe sinus problem, and due to that, I got operated for sinus, and even then, I didn’t get completely recovered from the problem. Hence, on one Fine Thursday Morning, I began to pray in my puja room, in front of Sri Satya Saibaba picture, and also adorned some flowers to the picture. Miraculously within a few days, I had got completely recovered from my Sinus problem, and still now I am very much thankful to him.
One day night, suddenly I felt that my legs were paining very badly. Even after applying several pain balms, I didn’t get relieved from the worst problem. Then suddenly Satya Saibaba’s face was appeared in my mind, and immediately I stood before his picture and cried like a child. After few minutes, I had realised that someone (of course, it is our near and dear Sri Satya Saibaba) touched at my legs and healed the pain.
Likewise, many such health issues ran away due his Grace.
Hence let’s have strong faith with Sri Satya Saibaba since he is our best Saviour.
