Curse & Praise of God.. Curse and praise of the god will always go together as a part of our worship. In fact, our curse only leads us to praise the god, similar to scolding our own mother, and immediately asking sorry to her! But even while cursing the god, we should not use obscene words, but, of course, we can question before the god, by mentioning about our problems, and by the way, we can put our burdens on his shoulders.
During the time of our curse, we can affectionately scold our Muruga like, Hey Muruga, is it good for you, to give me these kind of unbearable troubles, if you are in my position then what you would do? Like that, we can always ask him, since we have got full privilege towards our dear Lord Muruga. Then after few minutes, when we see the picture of Muruga, tears would automatically flow from our eyes, as if we have scolded our dear mother.
At the time of praising the god, instead of praising one god, we can praise all of the gods and goddesses, since by doing that we could get a wonderful experience, which I have had it several times in my life! For example, while we praise Lord Muruga using his different names, like Kanda, Kadamba, Kathirvela, Shanmuga, and then immediately we could refer to the names of Vinakaya, Ganesa, Yanaimuga, Ganapathy, Ayyappa, Om Shakti, Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namo Narayana, Dhruva, Prahalada, Brishaspati, Shanidev, Surya, Chandra, Indra like that.
One thing we should always remember in our mind is,actually god doesn’t require anything from us, and in fact, he is entirely independent, but, we only require his full support to walk steadily in our life, or otherwise, we would fall on to the pit and would break our body organs.
As per the sayings of Lord Krishna in his Bhagavat Gita Teachings, “Oh my dear Arjuna, I show mercy even to those who curse me, and, I have granted salvation even to the wicked kings like Kamsa and Shishupala who have considered me as their worst enemy! I have done favours to them, since even during the time of their sleep, I appeared on their dream, and disturbed their sleep. Though their intention was bad, but, however, since they have remembered me during most part of their life, hence, I have sent them to the heaven, since I don’t want them to suffer any more in their life. I am showing mercy to all of the creatures, but according to the Yuga Dharma, humans must have to tolerate some pains on their life, however, if they call me, by reciting my names, then, immediately I would reduce their pain, and also would make them to easily bear that pain”.
