2 November 2025 is Tulsi Vivah, Chilku Dwadashi, Devutthana Dwadasi, Garuda Dwadasi, Yogini Dwadasi. It is the second day of Bhishma Panchak Vrat.
Chilku Dwadasi falls on 12th day of Shukla Paksha in Kartik Month as per all Indian Hindu calendars. It falls in Karthigai Masam in Tamil calendar, Vrischika Masam in Malayalam calendar and Agrahan Month in Bengali calendar.
Utthana Dwadasi is celebrated as Tulasi Habba in Karnataka. Tulasi Vivaha is the main ritual of the day. The celestial marriage of Tulasi Mata is held with Amla Tree. Tulsi mata is considered as Goddess Lakshmi while Amla Tree as Lord Vishnu.
It is celebrated as Garuda Dwadasi in Odisha. It is celebrated in huge way at Puri Jagannath Temple.
Significance and Rituals

Chilku Dwadasi is observed following Prabhodhini Ekadashi, which marks the end of the Chaturmas period when certain religious observances are intensified. The festival also coincides with Tulsi Vivah, celebrating the marriage of Lord Vishnu to the Tulsi plant, symbolizing purity and devotion
