Ancient kings are queens are considered as sacred and worshipful human beings. Some kings were considered as the divine incarnations of the god, and they ruled their kingdom in a prospective manner and they patiently listened to the difficulties of the people, and provided proper solutions for their sufferings.
They ruled the country in the path of Dharma, and during their period, all the food crops would grow in all the seasons, and proper cultivation was there. No one was suffered from big problems, and those who have any difficulty can directly approach the king and tell their problems. Such a kind of golden rule, they have given during their period. Queens were considered as holy and chaste women and they show motherly affection on their region’s people.
In the Krita Yuga, Bhakta Prahalada ruled India in a good manner, and similar to him, his son Virochana and grandson Bali also ruled in a proper manner.
In the Treta Yuga, Lord Rama ruled Ayodhya in a well-versed manner, and he properly taken care of the people and also took them to Vaikunta, after the completion of his Rama Avatar.
In the Dwapara Yuga, Lord Krishna and the Pandavas were ruled their kingdom in a noble manner.
In the present Kali Yuga, the great Rajarajachola (10th century AD) was a great emperor, and provided lot of services for the welfare of the people, and he built the Thanjavur Brahadeeswarar Temple, also known as big temple with much dedication and sincerity.
Similar to that, lot of kings were ruled their kingdom in a pleasant manner, and provided all sorts of benefits to their people. Most of the kings and queens were attained SALVATION after their death, and lives their life happily in the Swarga Loka.
