10. Bhakta Prahalada, was the son of the Demon King Hiranyakashibu. Lord Narasimha killed Hiranyakashipu and made Prahalada as the king of the region. Bhakta Prahalada was an ardent devotee of Lord Hari. He has preached the greatness of Lord Hari along with his fellow students. He has lived a life with much holiness, pure bhakti and showed kindness to his people.During his regime, he has daily offered Annadanam to more than 100000 people. He is the Avatar of Divine Personality – SangukarnaDevar. Sangukarna Devar was serving Lord Brahma in Satyalok during Krita Yoga. Once due to a small mistake, he was cursed by Lord Brahma and due to that, he took the avatar as Bhakta Prahalad.

Bhakta Prahalad is considered as an ardent devotee of Lord Vishnu, and he is praised for his great bhakti similar to Narada, Dhuruva and other Bhagavathas. He was born in the Krita Yuga also known as Satya Yuga to the demon king, HiranyaKashipu, and later his father was killed by Lord Narasimha, and he was crowned by Lord Brahma himself and became a king of the entire world.

11. The details about Sri Gajendra, the holy elephant were mentioned in Bhagavata Purana. This story tells us that how the great Lord Sri Vishnu Bhagavan is coming down to the earth from Vaikunta to safeguard his sincere devotees during their difficult times. According to Bhagavatam, Lord Vishnu come down to earth and protected Gajendra, the elephant, and saved it from the clutches of the Crocodile, and through the blessings of the Lord, Gajendra had attained MOKSHA. Then, Lord Vishnu also gave Moksha to the crocodile also. This story was told by Sri Suka to king Parikshit. It is believed that the incident was happened in Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh. There is an ancient temple at Kapisthalam, Tamil Nadu and it is known as Sri GajendraVaradha Temple, and it was built in order to mark the wonderful incident, and to show the greatness of Lord Vishnu.

12. Ambarisha was an Ikshvaku king and the son of Mandhatri. He lived in Treta Yuga. He was a great devotee of Vishnu and through his great bhakti, lord Vishnu had offered him with Sudarshana Chakra. Once, Ambarisha performed the Ekadashi Vrata, and at the time of completion of Ekadashi, Sage Durvasa visited his place, and agreed to be his guest, and also accepted to take food with him, and he went for bathing in the river and returned after a long time. Meanwhile the king broke the fast on account of offering food to the guests. After, a long time Sage Durvasa returned, and he came to know that Amabrisha had taken food without his presence, and got angry and created a demon to kill him. But, since, he is being protected by the Sudharshana Chakra, Lord Narayana’s Sudarshana intervened, and it tried to kill Rishi Durvasa himself. Durvasa approached Ambarisha, and asked him to save from the Sudarshana Chakra, and the mighty king also saved the sage from the Sudarshana Chakra.
