Lot of benefits are there in visiting Navagraha Temples situated nearby the famous temple town of Kumbakonam. Thingalur Temple

Many devotees frequent this temple for the first rice feeding or ‘Anna Prasanam’ of their infant children. Special Poojas are performed here on Pournami or full moon day and Mondays.
