Vishnupathi February 2014

12 February 2014 is Vishnupathi Punyakalam. Vishnupathi or Vishnupati Punyakalam is an auspicious period to worship Lord Vishnu. This is the fourth Vishnupathi in Vijaya year and the first in 2014.

The time of Vishnupathi on 12 February 2014 is – from 01.30 hrs to 10.30 hrs (Indian Standard Time – IST).

This is even more auspicious as it coincides with the beginning of Maasi Masam and the Bhishma Panchak vrat in Magh month.

Reciting Vishnu Sahasranama stotram, visiting Vishnu temples, and performing special pujas are highly auspicious activities.
