There is a beautiful and a wonderful temple dedicated for Lord Muruga, which is located at Skandagiri, Kamakotinagar, Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad 500061.
It is also believed that at the present place of this temple, Lord Indra Bhagavan had once performed meditation on Lord Subramanya, in order to gain more powers to defeat the demons. Parents can also perform their children’s marriages at this temple, after getting proper permission from the Temple officials. Those who get married at this temple would never get separated in their lives, and their marriage bondage would be very strong. By worshipping Lord Muruga and his consorts, all types of problems like health issues, family problems and black magic problems would be vanished.
This temple is also popularly known as Seventh Padai Veedu temple. The other six abodes of Lord Murugan are present in various parts of Tamil Nadu, such as in Palani, Thiruparamkundram, Swami Malai, Pazhamudhircholai, Thiruchendur and Thiruthani.
Sri Subrahmanyaswamy Devalayam is located on the beautiful hills, which contains several shrines for various deities, and this temple attracts both Shaivites and the Vaishnavites, since there is a separate shrine dedicated for Lord Varadharaja Perumal also, who is a famous aspect of Lord Vishnu. Homams and Abhishekams (Holy Bath) are also being performed to various deities at this temple.

1. Sri Sundara Vinayagar sannidhi:
Lord Vinayaka in this temple is known as Sri Sundara Vinayagar, which means the beautiful God Vinayagar. It is believed that those who worship Sri Sundara Vinayagar at this Temple would get happiness throughout their life time.
2. Sri Subrahmanya swamy sannidhi:
Here the chief deity is Lord Muruga, who appears along with his consorts, Ma Valli and Ma Devasena and the divine couple looks very beautiful, especially after the performance of alankaram, decoration of idols with flowers, flower garlands and wonderful ornaments.
The Mahakumbhabhishekam festival for Lord Subrahmanya swamy was also performed before some years ago, and during festivals, we can witness large number of Murugan Devotees who would raise the sound, “MURUGANUKKU AROGARA”, praising the six headed god Arumuga Velava.
