Various services of Kanakadurga temple will soon be available online for devotees. The temple authorities have planned to launch the website officially soon as it is complete and ready for use.
The Kanakadurga temple, the second largest temple in the state after the Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams, will make all of its services online for the convenience of devotees so that they can make reservations and bookings online.
The services to be available online include the e-hundi, Devi Kadagamalarchana seva, arjita sevas, pujas, kalyanams, utsavam and other daily, weekly and periodical sevas. However, the facility to book and reserve rooms will not available on the website.
Devotees can also donate through the website to the Saswatha Annadam scheme, donor cottages and other services. To make the online services available all over the state, the temple authorities tied up with APOnline centres. Over 10,000 APOnline centers in the state would provide these services to the people.
The trail version of the website, http://www.durgamma.com, is online and there is good response from the devotees. The official launch of the website would be made on an auspicious day after permissions for the state government.
