Swami Nithyananda

Nithyananda who is also famously called as Swami Nithyananda or Paramahamsa Nithyananda, is considered as a spiritual personality, though lot of controversies and criticism prevails on him. He is the founder of the Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, which is a trust that owns temples and ashrams in India as well as in abroad, and it also conducts cultural events in United States, and in India. Nithyananda was born on 1978, in Tiruvannamalai, and his birth name was Arunachalam Rajasekaran. He was also called as “SAINT OF TIRUVANNAMALAI”, since he has stayed in Tiruvannamalai and performed meditation during his young age.

In 2020, he himself has announced through social Medias about the founding of his own island nation called as Kailaasa. As per the words of Nithyananda, he was enlightened at his young age itself, and he himself declares that he is one of the best spiritual personalities in India. Nithyananda has given discourses on Yoga, Meditation, Shiva Purana and Bhagavad Gita.

Ancient sages and saints were used to live a very simple life by staying in a small hut (Ashram), which would be situated mostly in the forest, without enjoying any sort of comforts on their life, and they used to do meditation even without taking food and water for several days. But at the present scenario, some of the saints lead a sophisticated Hi-Fi and Wi-Fi, life style, by travelling in A/C Cars, luxury Vans and their residence are also covered with full of modern amenities! At present, though lot of controversies revolves around Nithyananda, yet, he has also cultivated bhakti, done good charitable activities and also he had given lot of interesting, good, important and useful lectures about the significance of god and about our holy “SANATANA DHARMA”, and hence, I think that there is no harm in writing an article about him.
