King Circle’s GSB Ganpati 2022 to get 316 crore Insurance Cover. This will be the Costliest Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal for 2022 Ganesh Chaturthi.

Our Maha Ganpathi is decorated with 66+ kgs of gold ornaments, 295+ kgs of silver and other precious material. The first look unveiling event ie. VIRAT DARDHAN is to happen on 29th August 2022, 7:30 PM onwards. We celebrate Ganeshothsav beginning from 31st August 2022 till 4th September 2022.
We are the only Mandal in the city where the rituals are being performed round the clock its traditions. More than 20,000 people take the benefit of annadaan seva, basically the prasad bhojan. On an average around 60,000 Pooja’s and Seva’s are offered to Lord Maha Ganpathi by the devotees at our pendol.
As Ganesh Chaturthi festival almost a week away, This year, We have taken an insurance cover of a record INR 316.40 crores.
The Total Insurance coverage is for INR 316.40 Crores & is done by The New India Insurance Co. Ltd.
This insurance covers for a variety of risks that includes INR 31.97 crores risk insurance cover includes gold, silver and jewelleries.
The personal accident insurance cover for volunteers, priests, cooks, chappal stall workers, valet parking persons, security guards is worth INR 263 crores. INR 1 crore standard fire and special peril policy with earthquake risk covers items like furniture, fixtures and fittings, installations like computers, CCTV cameras, scanners, utensils, grocery, fruits and vegetables. The standard fire and special peril policy for the venue premises provides insurance of INR 77.5 lacs. Also, the Public liability, which covers pandals, stadiums, devotees etc. is secured with INR 20 crores.
We also take utmost care of the environmental balance, that our Maha Ganpathi’s idol is made up of clay (Shaadu Maati), grass and naturally extracted water colours which clearly means our idol is ECO-FRIENDLY.
