Today, 11 September 2011 is Ganpathi Visarjan or Ganesha Nimajjanam. The 10-day Vinayaka Chavithi or Ganesh festival concludes on this day with Ganesh immersion. Usually, it falls on Anant Chaturdasi, 14th day in Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapad month.
