Khir Bhawani Mela is an annual festival held in Jyeshta month at Goddess Ragnya Devi Temple, Tullamula in Srinagar of Kashmir. In 2011, Khir Bhawani Mela date is 9 June, Thursday. It is celebrated on Shukla Paksha Ashtami in Jyeshta Month.
