Khairatabad Ganapathi 2023 will be 61 feet mammoth Ganesha idol. In order to start the construction of the biggest Ganesha idol, the organizers had performed the Karra Pooja (Bhumi Pooja) on Shukla Ekadashi in Jyeshta Masam of Telugu Calendar.
In 2023, Ganesh Navaratri begins on September 19 with Ganesh Chaturthi Puja. According to the organizers, this year the Ganapathi vigraham will be of 61 feet height. Ganapati Nimajjanam date in 2023 is September 28.
This year (2023) is the 69th Year of Ganapathi Navaratri celebrations for Khairatabad Ganesh Utsava Samithi. On this occasion, some special pujas will be performed.
As per the official sources, the design will be finalized after discussing with the devotees from various sections and taking advises from common people.
