Fourth day of Navratri in 2012 is dedicated to Kushmanda Puja, Mahalakshmi Puja, Shodashi Puja, Shodashi Puja (Lalita Panchami vrat). It is on October 19, 2012 in Saran Navratri and March 26 in Vasant Navratri 2012.

Naivedyam (Nivedan / Bhog) for the Goddess on 19 October 2012: Ksheerannam (rice boiled in milk), bellam (jaggery) and sugar as per South Indian traditions. In North India, bananas are offered as Naivedya.
As part of Navadevi sampradaya puja, Mahalakshmi puja is observed on fourth day of Navratri. Goddess Durga is adorned and worshipped in the form of Mahalakshmi Maa.
Kushmanda Navadurga is worshipped in Fourth day of Navadurga Puja as a part of Navdurga puja.
Shodashi Dasamahavidya puja (Lalita Tripura Sundari Puja) is also performed by some sects of devotees on fourth day of Navratri Durga Puja. Goddess Vaishnavi Devi is the Saptamatrika devata worshipped on 4th day Navratri puja.
