Srichakra Puja in Mysore Chinmaya Mission on 20 June 2010

Srichakra Puja will be held in Mysore Chinmaya Mission on Sunday, June 20th 2010. For this religious event, Swami Brahmananda Saraswati, Chinmaya Mission’s Karnataka Unit Chief, will present. The puja will go on for whole day up to 9 pm. You can call 2413601 or 9008184158 for more details.

The Chinmaya Mission will host a day-long religious event Srichakra Pooja on Sunday. The special religious event will start at the day break and will be on till 9 pm when the hymns will be chanted and special poojas performed. The event is aimed to promote world peace. Chinamaya Mission’s Karnataka unit chief Swami Brahmananda Saraswathi will be present. The event is divided into three parts based on the movement of the sun.

The Srichakra Pooja will start with Saraswathi pooja when Lalitha Sahasranama will be rendered. At noon, Lakshmi Pooja will be held and the event will culminate with Durga Puja when Rudrabhisheka will be performed, Swami Vrushaba Chaitanya stated on Thursday.

During the event, Devi Mahatme will be rendered. Anna Daana will be organized all through the day. Call 2413601/9008184158.
