Kushmanda Navdurga is the fourth aspect of Navadurga Goddesses worshipped during Durga Navratri pooja. In Chaitra Navratri, Kushmanda Puja date is March 28. In 2020, Kushmanda Puja date in Durga Navaratra festival is October 20.
Spiritual importance of Maa Kushmanda:
Kushmanda Devi is worshipped on the fourth day of Navratra pooja. On this day, Yogis or other dedicated devotees keep their mind in Anahata Chakra. Kushmanda represents Anahata Chakra in spiritual practice. Kushmanda pooja during Durga Navratri increases ones health and strength.
