Komuravelli Shivaratri Jathara, Pedda patnam celebrations at Komurelli Mallanna Temple

Komuravelli Mallikarjuna swamy Temple (Komurelli Mallana Gudi) is one of the famous temples in Telangana state. In 2017, Shivarathri date is February 13. Shivaratri Jatara or Pedda Patnam is the major festival of Komuravelli temple.

Pedda patnam is a ritual which attracts tens of thousands of devotees all across the state. The temple is located in Siddipet district.

Komuravelli Mallanna Brahmotsavam is held during Makara Sankranti which may be considered as the major festival of the temple. Special transport facilities are provided for devotees who want to visit the temple during the festivals by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
