Ashad month or Ashada masam or Ashad maas or Ashada mahina is the 4th month in traditional lunar calendar followed in North India, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. In 2025, Ashad month begins on June 12 and ends on July 10 as per Hindi calendars followed in North Indian states – Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, etc.
In Marathi and Gujarati calendars, Ashad mahina 2025 starts on June 26 and ends on July 24. The similar dates are observed as Ashada masam in Kannada calendar and Telugu calendar.
