Before leaving the earth, she revealed that she was an incarnation of Goddess Adiparashakti and to safeguard the dignity of women and protect Dharma, she came in Avataram of Vasavi Mata.

It is to note that Vasavi Jayanti (Birthday celebrations of Sri Vasavi Mata) falls in Vaishakha Masam.

  • On Māgha Śukla Dvitiya (Bidige), she entered the sacred homa-kunda (agni-praveśam) with the 102 couples, emerging as Aṣṭādaśa-bhuja Kanyaka Parameswari, granting mokṣa to all and preaching non-violence, love, sacrifice, and universal dharma.
