Lord Shiva’s Sand Sculpture for Mahashivaratri 2019.. On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri festival 2019, Tarani Prasad Mishra, a sand sculptor and artist based in Andhra Pradesh, made Saikata Shivalingam on the occasion of Shivaratri.

Shivaratri date is March 4, 2019.

At the bank of Vamsadhara River near L N Peta in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh, he made a saikata lingam where Chakra Theertha Snanam will be held for Sri Mukhalingam Lord Shiva.

Maha Shivaratri is one of the important festivals celebrated all around the world – India, USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, UAE, Bangladesh, and many other countries where Hindu populations are in large numbers.
