Kudroli Gokarnanath Temple
Kudroli Gokarnanath Temple is one of the famous Shiva Temples of Karnataka. Dasara is one of the most celebrated festivals in the temple. In 2022, Dasara festivities to begin on September 26 end on October 5 with Vijayadashami festival.
The idols of Sharada Mata and Navadurge would be installed in the Sri Gokarnanath Kalyana Mantapa Swarna Kala Mantap. Dasara as well as 109th Anniversary of Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala will be inaugurated.
Several Cultural Programmes have been anvil-ed this time too as usual in the Kshetra Santhoshi Kala Mantap. Every day at 6.30 PM, artists of national recognition would hold Cultural Festival.
On October 5, the Mangalore Dasara – 2022 procession would be taken up from Sri Kshetra in which Sharada Mata, Nava Durga, Maha Ganapathi & Brahma Shree Narayana Guru idols would be carried in grandeur through the main roads. Also the roads through which the procession passes would be beautifully illuminated with electrical lights.
