The six Mahabhishekas of Chidambaram Temple are – Chithirai Onam, Aani Thirumanjanam, Aavani Chaturdashi, Purattasi Chaturdashi, Aardhraa Abhishekam during Arudra Darisanam and Maasi Chaturdashi.
