Yadagirigutta Temple closes for Surya Grahanam on 26 December 2019

Yadagirigutta temple remain closed during Surya Grahanam, 26 December 2019. This Surya Grahan will be taking place on Margashira Amavasya.

In the view of the Solar eclipse, Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in Yadadri will remain closed on December 26. The eclipse falls between 8 am to 11.30 am on December 26. Due to the solar eclipse around 8 AM, the temple will be closed five hours prior to the eclipse i.e, the temple will be opened on 26th after Samprokshana Pujas.

The temple will be opened for Samprokshan and other purificatory rituals in the afternoon. The devotees will be allowed for darshan from evening.

Meanwhile, the authorities also cancelled the conduct of Arjitha sevas at the temple due to the eclipse.

This is the Partial Solar Eclipse (Pakshika Surya Grahanam) which will be visible completely in Yadagirigutta and other parts of Telangana state and India.
