TTD, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, has increases the price of special prasadams at Tirumala temple. The prasadams like Jilebis, Dosas, Wadas, Murukulu, etc that are given only to VIPS and Arjita Seva ticket holders have become costlier now. But the price of Laddu Prasadam which is sold through regular counters in Tirumala remains same. TTD officials said that they will include the price of the prasadam in tickets for Arjita Sevas, the holders need not to be pay additionally for prasadam.
Other than Laddu prasadam, Tirumala temple board prepares 12 types of special prasadams. The increase in production cost year by year, TTD has hiked the price. Wada is hiked from 4 rupees to 25 rupees and Jilebi from 25 rupees to 75.
No problem for incresing cost of prasadams . we need availability only . only media write as usual . in tirumala you are giving so many free prasadams in addition meals free .Dont hesitate you collect production cost.
