Surya Grahan – 13 July 2018 Visible in India? There will be Solar Eclipse on 13 July 2018 – a Partial Solar Eclipse (Pakshik Surya Grahan). And it will be visible in very few places.

Only some parts of Southern Australia (Adelaide and Melbourne) will witness a fraction of this eclipse. And some parts of Northern Antarctica will also witness a fraction of this solar eclipse.

According to UTC (Universal Time), this Solar eclipse begins at 1.48 hrs and ends at 4.14 hrs, 13 July 2018.

There is Total Lunar Eclipse (Sampurna Chandra Grahan) on 27 July 2018. It is visible all over India.

This Solar Eclipse falls on Amavasya in Nija Jyeshta Masam as per Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu and Kannada calendars and on Ashada Amavasya as per North Indian Hindi calendars.

It falls in Aani Masam of Tamil calendar, Mithuna Masam of Malayalam calendar, Ashar Mash of Bengali calendar and Ashad Month in Nepali Calendar.

As per IST (Indian Standard Time), this eclipse begins at 7.18 AM and ends at 9.43 AM on 13 July 2018. * This time is just given for those who want to perform any Sadhana *.

Since this Surya Grahan is not visible in India, USA, UK, Nepal, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, Fiji Islands, Mauritius, Indonesia, Japan, there is no need of following any ritual associated with Grahan in these countries.
