Replica of Pashupatinath Temple in Nagpur? Yes, Nagpur’s Ujjawal Nagar Navdurga Mandal has come up with the theme of replica of Pashupathinath Mandir for this Navratri Durga Puja. In 2014, Navratri begins on September 25 and ends on October 3.

Ujjawal Nagar Navdurga Mandal has been coming up with such themes since last 14 years.

Previously, the Mandal had installed replicas of Akshardham, Somnath Mandir, Birla mandir, Belur Math, Mysore Palace, Swami Vivekanand Smarak, Siddhatek Ganesh Temple, Chardham Temples, Jaipur City Palace, Red Fort, and many more.

Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu, Nepal, is one of the biggest Shiva Temples in the world. The temple is located on the banks the Bagmati River in the capital of Nepal, Kathmandu.

Lord Pashupatinath is considered as the national deity of Nepal and the temple is listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites list. Only Hindus (mainly Nepalis and Indians) are allowed into the temple.
